Elvis is an amazing guy--always available, helpful, and efficient. Great personality, too! A favourite memory is reaching him with an emergency--while he was on vacation in the upper Amazon. He promptly fixed everything remotely, and then (I hope) went back to his sun and cool drinks. A great guy. Keeps me up and running 24/7. Hold onto this man.

The service was prompt, very professional and the work was performed in the most beneficial manner to me , both in product performance and cost. The work was performed quickly and very efficiently. And if that wasn’t enough I found my technician to be extremely knowledgable, answered all my questions regardless of how basic they were and in a manner that I could understand ( not being computer savvy). This is not a first time experience....this has been consistant with many visits by my Nerd technician. I am extremely pleased and would recommend the service.

He was able to explain in layman’s terms what he was doing and gave me the information I needed to make decisions about the type of software/virus scanning that I would need. He really knows his stuff and is genuinely interested in his work. He is also a very pleasant individual with superb interpersonal skills.
